Delivery

Monthly Subscription Box Delivery Details

Boxes will be sent out on or around the 21st of each month and you should receive your monthly treat 3-4 days after if you are based in the UK. 

All boxes are sent in discreet plain packaging via our nominated couriers or via Royal Mail Parcel delivery.

Shop Delivery

If you have purchased something from the Pretty & Spice online Shop, your chosen purchase(s) will be dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class Delivery. Please allow 2-4 days for your package to be delivered, once dispatched. Some items may take a little longer as we get them from our suppliers so please allow 4-10 working days for these to be delivered.

Exchange and Returns

Monthly Subscription Box exchange or returns

If a piece of lingerie doesn’t fit or you don’t like the colour, we are happy to offer you an exchange for a different piece of lingerie or a refund.

In order to receive a refund, all items should be unworn, with tags and any hygiene stickers in place, and must be returned to us for inspection. Once we receive the unwanted items back, and inspected the items, a refund will be processed using the same card you originally paid with, less the original postage cost. The money should be with you within seven days of the refund request being accepted.

Please email us at hello@prettyandspice.co.uk in the first instance if you want to discuss an exchange or refund, within 14 days of receiving your box. After this 14 day period, we will offer an exchange only. After 28 days of receiving your box, we will no longer offer an exchange nor a refund.

Pretty & Spice Shop exchange and returns

If you purchased an item(s) from the Pretty & Spice online Shop and the item isn’t the right fit or colour, or is faulty, you have the option of exchanging the item for something else, or returning it for a refund. 

In order to receive a refund, all items should be unworn, with tags and any hygiene stickers in place, and must be returned to us for inspection. Once we receive the unwanted items back, and inspected the items, a refund will be processed using the same card you originally paid with, less the original postage cost. The money should be with you within seven days of the refund request being accepted.
